About Our Labels
Designs and addresses are printed on white AVERY self-stick labels (#8160), with 30 labels per sheet. The dimensions of the labels are: 1" X 2 5/8 ", which is the perfect size for a return address label. This size is much larger than the general size used by most label companies for return address labels. |

Label Font Face, Size, & Color
Label font face, size, and colors will be the same as shown on each particular label sample. For example, if the font color is blue on the label sample, it will be blue on your printed labels. Also, if any part of the label sample has been printed in ALL CAPS, it will be printed the same way on your printed labels. If you prefer normal capitalization (i.e. Mary Smith instead of MARY SMITH), please let us know in the "comments" section of the on-line order form. |

Number of Characters per Line of Text
There is no limit to the number of characters per line of text on your labels. (Another thing that makes us so unique!) However, the more characters you use on each line, the smaller your text will appear on your labels. For example the font size for: Mr. John A. Clark will appear larger than Mr. & Mrs. Reginald M. A. Williamson. If we see that the text will be too small to read, we will e-mail you to ask you if you'd like to omit a middle initial, or replace two long names with the two corresponding initials. Also, for space reasons, we will occassionally change words to abbreviations such as: Street to: St. , Road to: Rd. , and Boulevard to: Blvd. All U.S. state names will be abbreviated using the assigned 2 letter U.S. Postal Code. |

**Premium Labels: For Premium Labels, add $1.00 to the cost of each 2 or 4 sheet package; and add $2.00 to the cost of each 8 or 12 sheet package. Premium labels use more ink than our "regular" labels, which is why the cost is slightly higher. If a label style is considered to be a "Premium Label", it is noted under the item number (on the sample page).
**Additional Sheets (30 labels per sheet) are $2.00 per sheet; if ordering more than 12 sheets.

Payment
Payment for your order can be made in one of the following ways: PayPal--with your credit or debit card (secure, on-line service), money order, or personal check. PayPal is our preferred payment method, and we absorb any PayPal fees associated with your payment. If you are paying with a personal check, your check will be held 7-10 days before your order is processed, which will potentially cause your shipping time to be longer than normal. NOTE: If you choose shipping option 2 or option 3, we can only accept PayPal or a money order as payment (due to the quick shipping time).
Unique Labels offers products that are personalized just for you, and we can not restock them. Therefore, we require pre-payment for all general orders.
When you place an on-line order, an order summary is sent to you via e-mail (at the address you specify on your on-line order form). Once we send your order summary (with total payment due), we expect payment within 5 business days from the date of the order summary. If we have not received payment by the 6th business day, your order will be placed on "HOLD", until we hear from you. If you are ordering custom labels and your order total is more than $125, we will give you the option of sending a 50% deposit before your order is shipped (with the balance due upon receipt of your order) OR you can choose to pay the amount in full at the time that you place your order. |
