Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Shipping time depends on the shipping option you chose when you placed your order. We currently have three shipping options which are as follows:
- Option 1: For labels delivered via U.S.P.S. Standard First Class Mail--allow up to three weeks (after payment is received) for delivery
- Option 2: For labels delivered via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail--allow 7-10 days (after payment is received) for delivery (Option is only available when paying for your order via PayPal or Money Order.)
- Option 3: For labels delivered via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Certified, with tracking number--allow 7-10 days (after payment is received) for delivery (Option is only available when paying for your order via PayPal or Money Order.)

Q: When do I pay for my order?
A: Unique Labels offers products that are personalized just for you, and we can not restock them. Therefore, we require pre-payment for all general orders. When you place an on-line order, an order summary is sent to you via e-mail (at the address you specify on your on-line order form). Once we send your order summary (with total payment due), we expect payment within 5 business days from the date of the order summary.
If we have not received payment by the 6th business day, your order will be placed on "HOLD", until we hear from you. (Scroll down for more information and to see a list of orders that have been placed on "HOLD".)
If you are ordering custom labels and your order total is more than $125, we will give you the option of sending a 50% deposit before your order is shipped (with the balance due upon receipt of your order) OR you can choose to pay the amount in full at the time that you place your order.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment for your order can be made in one of the following ways:
- PayPal--with your credit or debit card (secure, on-line service)
- money order
- personal check
PayPal is our preferred payment method, and we absorb any PayPal fees associated with your payment. If you are paying with a personal check, your check will be held 7-10 days before your order is processed, which will potentially cause your shipping time to be longer than normal. NOTE: If you choose shipping option 2 or option 3, we can only accept PayPal or a money order as payment (due to the quick shipping time).
Q: Can I call Unique Labels and give you my credit or debit card number for processing via telephone?
A: Unique Labels only uses PayPal to process credit and debit card transactions. We are a small business, and we do the majority of our business on-line with customers all over the United States. It is much easier for us to use PayPal, because customers can choose to make their payments at any time--24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We do not have a credit card machine in our office.
Q: What happens if my order is placed on "HOLD"; how long will you keep it in your processing log?
A: If your order is placed on "HOLD"--for non-payment--we will keep it in our processing log for 30 days from the date your order was placed. We will send you a reminder e-mail once it has been placed on HOLD (on the 7th business day after you placed your order). If we still have not received your payment (or at least heard from you about it), we will remove your order from our processing log 30 days after the order was placed. Once your order has been removed from our processing log, if you still want to order the labels, you will have to place a NEW ORDER.
Q: I simply forgot to pay; was my order placed on "HOLD" ?
A: CLICK HERE for a list of orders that have been placed on "HOLD" (for non-payment). Your full name will not appear on this list; ONLY your initials will appear; along with a brief order summary. **The list will appear in a new window.
